Women's ornament. Druze women's hair braids are attached with silk cords, with these pendants at the ends. In the absence of hair pendants, keys or other metal ornaments are attached to the end of the silk cord. Hair pendants have been found among Bedouin women in the Syrian Desert. Palestinian women in the Galilee and Nablus wear the same pendants in their hair
