The spiritual authority Sheikh Amin Al-Sayegh underwent a successful head surgery at Rizk Hospital in the summer of 2019.
However, Sheikh Al-Sayegh's operation, performed by Dr. Michel Mouawad, greatly surprised the medical team, as it took no more than a few minutes, whereas similar operations take about three hours to complete.
At the time, social media platforms circulated video clips of a medical team member speaking about what happened inside the operating room and their astonishment at the result.
