Dr. Anab Kaddour-Farro, born in 1986, completed her medical studies at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa with excellence and distinction, and received the Dean's Honor Award. Despite her young age, Dr. Anab is considered one of the world's leading women in her field of specialization in gynecology and in-vitro fertilization. During her residency period at Bnai Zion Medical Center in the city of Haifa, after graduating from the Technion, her excellence shone through while teaching university students, earning her the Outstanding Lecturer award twice from the Technion.
Dr. Anab did not stop there; she continued her journey, crowned with one success after another in her field of specialization, through groundbreaking scientific research that she conducted and participated in alongside a series of experts and specialists from various countries in Europe and America, and through active participation and delivering lectures at international conferences.
Specialization in Canada
Between July 2020 and July 2022, Dr. Anab moved with her family from Palestine to the Canadian city of Montreal after receiving a special scholarship from McGill University—the best Canadian university and one of the best in North America—to pursue further specialization and research in the field of fertility, reproductive endocrinology, and infertility. It is worth mentioning in this context that Dr. Anab has presented and introduced a large number of the studies she conducted at various conferences worldwide, including the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM).
Dr. Anab says: “The area that particularly captures my interest is couples who suffer from multiple failed fertility treatment cases and recurrent implantation failure. Therefore, in cooperation with McGill University in Canada, I have researched, and am still researching, various immunological treatments (for the immune system) for this segment of the population.”
