As an expression of the generosity and hospitality of the Banu Ma'ruf, a merchant in the historic Rashaya souk, a member of the Unitarian Druze community, presented a gift to the Prime Minister of Lebanon, Najib Mikati, during his visit to the town to celebrate Lebanon's 80th Independence Day, accompanied by MP Wael Abou Faour, consisting of rural provisions produced in the town.
