Former President of the Cooperative of Civil Servants, Anwar Daou, has released his new book titled “Humanizing Administration”.
A seminar was held about the book at the Beirut Book Fair, during which aspects of the book were discussed and its importance highlighted regarding the state that public administration has reached, as it serves as a compass for workers in the public administration and includes a rich experience of the author that he has placed in the hands of those wishing to reform that administration and those committed to the principles of transparency and humanity in public service.
There was a consensus that this book should be adopted by public administration institutes and university faculties that teach subjects related to public administration.
Speakers included former Minister Dr. Khaled Kabbani, former President of the Higher Judicial Council Dr. Ghaleb Ghanem, and Director of the Beirut Center at the Institute for Palestine Studies, Rami Rayyes.
After the seminar, the author signed his book at the Dar An-Nahar booth, which witnessed a large turnout.
