The Sheikh Akl of the Unitarian Druze community in Lebanon, Sheikh Dr. Sami Abi Al-Muna, made a phone call to the head of the Alawite Islamic Council, Sheikh Ali Mahmoud Qaddour, to congratulate him on his election as head of the council, wishing him success in his mission.
The Sheikh Akl also sent a "message of appreciation" to the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Walid Bukhari, congratulating the Kingdom on the "global trust it has earned," and expressing "deep pride and honor in its victory to host the Expo 2030 exhibition," praying for continued success and prosperity, so that God may preserve the Kingdom of Goodness and brilliance for us and the world.
Meetings
His Eminence the Sheikh Akl received former Minister Youssef Salameh at the Druze community house in Beirut, in the presence of the Confessional Council member Sheikh Sami Abdel Khaleq. The discussion covered the current situation in Lebanon and Palestine, and various general issues.
His Eminence Sheikh Abi Al-Muna also received the First Investigative Judge of Mount Lebanon, Nicolas Mansour, in the presence of the Confessional Council Secretary, lawyer Nizar Al-Barad'i, and the Director of the Sheikhdom of Akl, Mr. Rayan Hassan, and a number of general issues were discussed.
He also received Professor Dean Salim Al-Daher, who briefed him on the preparations underway to hold a comprehensive national conference focusing on values and human fraternity as a primary factor in bringing Lebanese people together and uniting them, especially in the current stage, which requires internal solidarity at all levels.
His Eminence the Sheikh Akl praised "initiatives aimed at such ideas and working towards their implementation."

His Eminence the Sheikh Akl received, at his residence in Chanieh, Mr. Anwar and Mr. Nizar Al-Nakadi from the Druze Orphanage, to be updated on the development and improvement operations underway for the institution.
He also received Mr. Walid Ammar and his son, the lawyer Amjad Ammar.
His Eminence the Sheikh Akl offered condolences at the community house for the late Dr. Engineer Sanaa Rashrash Abdel Samad, accompanied by a delegation of sheikhs and officials in the Confessional Council and the Sheikhdom of Akl.
