The House of the Unitarian Druze Community, represented by the Mashyakhat al-Aql, has inaugurated a training course for marriage officiants, funeral prayers, and wills at the Noor al-Tawhid Hall within the Maqam of Ayn al-Zaman (peace be upon him).
The first day began with His Eminence Sheikh Yousef Jarbou welcoming the attendees and speaking about “personal interpretations regarding religious issues without referring to the primary religious authority,” which His Eminence considered one of the “problems that must be addressed in the most complete manner.”

For his part, His Eminence Sheikh Hammoud al-Hinnawi added: “This course originates from a divine source, and it is a necessity to commit the Sheikhs to performing religious and social ceremonies according to their proper foundations.”
Mr. Ammar Abu Asali, head of the Noor al-Tawhid Library at the House of the Community, explained the details of the training to the attendees.

Meanwhile, Lawyer Amer al-Khatib, a member of the General Endowments Office at the House of the Community, began the first day by speaking about marriage contracts and wills among the Unitarians, both in custom and in the Syrian Personal Status Law, answering all inquiries from religious and legal perspectives.
The meeting combined discourse, dialogue, and inquiry, resulting in the desired benefit for all, as reported by the House's Media Office.
