On the second anniversary of the passing of Princess Diala Arslan, the library that bears her name and legacy, which specializes in children's literature, invited principals and officials from public and private schools in the Aley district to a gathering to announce the annual short story award presented by the library.

The competition is for students aged 10 to 12 and must be written in Arabic.
Entries are to be submitted by the first of March, results will be announced on the thirtieth of the same month, and prizes will be awarded at a ceremony held on April 6, 2024.
It is worth noting that the competition will be dedicated annually to schools in one of the Lebanese districts in succession.
