The Kamal Jumblatt Intellectual Association held its General Assembly, during which the association's status and activities were reviewed, and a vision for the coming phase was developed. The spirit of goodwill and productive work through participation and cooperation among all members in a democratic and constantly effective consultative atmosphere was highlighted, followed by the presentation of the financial budget.
Subsequently, the discussion moved to electing an administrative board for the association for a three-year term in accordance with the provisions of the association's bylaws. The new board was elected by acclamation as follows:
– President: Engineer Wissam Al-Qadi
– Vice President: Mrs. Inaya Abi Faraj Al-Aridi
– Secretary: Mrs. Nisreen Yahya Abu Ghannam
– Treasurer: Mrs. Abeer Hamza
– Accountant: Miss Nina Yahya
– Public Relations Secretary: Mr. Imad Al-Muhtar
– Association Commissioner to the Government: Mr. Walid Abu Latif
Following the conclusion of the session's proceedings, a dinner was held for the association members in Aainab.
