Issam Al-Aridi is a veteran Lebanese poet with a distinctive poetic touch.
Al-Aridi is from the town of Baysour in the Aley District, born in 1937, and belongs to the Unitarian Druze community.
Al-Aridi works as a lawyer alongside practicing poetry and prose writing, and he first published in Lebanese newspapers and magazines.
Among his works are the poetry collection “Snow” and a study titled “On the Carpet of Poetry”.
