His Eminence the Sheikh Aql of the Unitarian Druze community, Sheikh Dr. Sami Abi Al-Muna, visited Mr. Walid Jumblatt in Clemenceau, where they discussed a number of issues raised at the level of the community, the nation, and the region, as well as matters related to the work of the Confessional Council. He was accompanied by the Druze Madhhab Judge, Sheikh Gandhi Makarem.
Abi Al-Muna also made a phone call to the head of the Lebanese Democratic Party, Prince Talal Arslan, to check on the health of his mother, Princess Khoula Arslan, emphasizing his “appreciation for the noble household and constant communication for the sake of the public interest.”
