Baalbek-Hermel studies coordinator, Dr. Wissam Ghazi, participated as a representative of the Lebanese Ministry of Education and Higher Education in a training course titled “Inclusive Education”: Implementing Inclusive Education in Lebanon, at the invitation of the Embassy of India in Lebanon1., and organized by the NITTTR Institute for Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation under the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, held at the institute's headquarters in Bhopal, India, under the patronage and supervision of the Indian government.

Dr. Ghazi, a native of the town of Ain Ata in the Rashaya District, pointed out that Lebanon's participation in the inclusive education course came through cooperation between most educational sectors, at a time when the submitted project ranked third among the 15 countries participating in India.

While thanking the Indian Embassy for its invitation and the organizing body for its efforts, Ghazi affirmed that the education and higher education sector in Lebanon will remain steadfast and continue to be an oasis of hope and development. He noted that the work being done by the Ministry of Education under the guidance of Minister of Education, Judge Abbas Halabi, falls within this framework despite the difficult crises we are going through and their negative repercussions on the conditions of all educational institutions.
