A study day for Druze marriage officiants was held at the Maqam of our Master Al-Khidr (peace be upon him) in Kafr Yasif, focusing on the work program of the Supreme Druze Religious Council for the current year.
His Eminence Sheikh Muafaq Tarif, the Spiritual Leader of the Druze community and President of the Supreme Druze Religious Council, attended the meeting, where he addressed important social and communal issues, emphasizing the importance of the proposed work program and its contribution to solving numerous societal issues, most notably the establishment of a qualifying course for young couples, while providing necessary guidance and instructions to raise awareness among young people preparing for marriage.
It is noteworthy that the Religious Council is launching an annual educational program for marriage officiants for the third consecutive year, in full participation and cooperation with the Druze religious courts.
