Lawyer Tamam Salam Al-Safadi,1. from the city of Salkhad in Jabal Al-Arab, obtained a Master's degree in International Law, specializing in Global and European Studies and Communication Policies within International Law, from the University of Padua in Italy, after two years of study during which he trained in the field of international law in Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Italy.

Al-Safadi presented his thesis titled: The International Court of Justice and its Role in Resolving International Disputes: A Study of Cases Related to Nuclear and Chemical Weapons, under the supervision of Professor Lorenzo Mech.

Al-Safadi holds a Law degree from Damascus University.

He is a member of the Syrian Bar Association and obtained his law license after a two-year apprenticeship and the defense of his research, as reported by the "As-Suwayda Now" page.
