The Al-Irfan Al-Tawhidia Foundation participated in a competition dedicated to the golden jubilee of the launch of the 'Uqud al-Kalam series, published by Dar El-Machreq in cooperation with Stephan Library.
The competition was divided into three stages of basic education and was titled (Creativity in the Arabic Language Competition). Al-Irfan School in Rashaya participated, and its students won one of the primary top prizes for the “Our Arabic Letters: Creativity in Colors” competition.
The prize was received by the advisor to the Foundation's president and director of public relations, Dr. Rami Ezz El-Din, during the ceremony held in honor of the series' authors (Professors Kamal Al-Shartouni, Elias Al-Haddad, and the poet Henri Zgheib), accompanied by the head of the media department, Sheikh Jamil Ridan, at Saint Joseph University in Beirut. The ceremony was attended by the Director General of the Ministry of Education, Mr. Imad Al-Ashkar, the President of the Jesuit University, Father Salim Daccache, the Secretary-General of Catholic Schools, Father Youssef Nasr, as well as official and educational figures and a large crowd of school officials, students, and parents.
