Ambassador Shawki Bou Nassar represented Lebanon at the International Security Conference, hosted by the Russian city of Saint Petersburg throughout the past week, chaired by the Secretary of the Russian Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, and with the participation of 106 countries.
The main topic of discussion and study was how to confront terrorism in all its forms and limit its negative repercussions on countries and societies around the world, especially in the Middle East region.
