Jad Haidar has been elected as a member of the Lebanese Press Syndicate Council.
The General Assembly of the Press Syndicate held its session on the morning of Monday, April 29, 2024, to elect the members of the new syndicate council. After reading the legal texts related to the elections based on the syndicate's internal regulations, the following were elected:
Aouni Al-Kaaki, George Soulage, Bassam Afifi, Elham Freiha, Yasser Akkaoui, Philip Abi Akl, Mohammad Nimer, Hanna Ayoub, Dr. Talal Hatoum, Asaad Maroun, Marsal Nadim, Nadine Samuel, Abdo Chakhtoura, Ali Diab, Fouad Al-Haraka, Thaer Abbas, Jad Haidar, and Wassim Al-Halabi.
Haidar was born in the city of Choueifat and serves as the Director of Media for the Lebanese Democratic Party.
