The star of Sheikh Qasim Badr shines as he represents the Druze Monotheist community in international forums, as well as through media outlets, forums, and conferences around the world.
Badr, from the village of Hurfeish in the Galilee region, is the President of the World Peace Council. He served as a delegate to the United Nations for the Druze community and has delivered numerous lectures in the corridors of the United Nations and in various countries.
He possesses a distinguished personality and a refined intellectual and cultural depth, and he is the person in charge of the Khalwa (prayer house) of Sheikh Mustafa Badr (may God be pleased with him).
In 2023, Sheikh Badr was honored and awarded the Eisenhower Gold Medal for Peace Activities in the Albanian capital, Tirana, in recognition of his activity and role in spreading the culture of peace.
