Dr. Fadi Abu Samsam, from Hasbaya, and his wife, Dr. Hala Faisal, accepted an invitation from the “Civil Academy for Democracy and Governance” in the Kingdom of Morocco to participate in the 18th session for five days on several key topics 1. :
Regarding social and solidarity economy, strengthening mutual aid to achieve social peace and sustainable development, evaluating public policies, and the digital economy.
My intervention was about public-private partnership (PPP), and about my experience at the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) regarding the automation of offices, its role in facilitating and bringing services closer to citizens in peripheral regions, and its impact on implementing administrative decentralization.
