The Holy Shrine in the town of Sharoun, in the Aley District, witnessed a spiritual gathering that brought together members of the Unitarian Druze community from all regions, with a lecture delivered by Sheikh Salman Shaya, with the blessing of the reference Sheikh Amin Al-Sayegh, and under the patronage of the Sheikh Aql of the Unitarian Druze community, Dr. Sami Abi Al-Muna.

The religious meeting was attended by the head of the Cultural Committee in the Madhhabi Council, Sheikh Imad Faraj, representing the Sheikh Aql; Sheikh Akram Al-Sayegh, brother of the reference Al-Sayegh; Judge Daniel Saeed; Sheikhs Kamal Abi Al-Muna, Rajeh Abdel Khaleq, and Hamza Al-Koukash; and a host of participants and associations from various regions.

The meeting began with opening remarks by Rawad Al-Sayegh, who welcomed the participants and stressed the importance of this religious gathering, especially within the precincts of the Holy Shrine, and the prayer, reverence, and faith it cultivates in the hearts of those present. He also called for adherence to the customs and traditions inherited from the righteous predecessors, and for cooperation, mutual support, and solidarity among the members of the community, as well as unity of purpose and reconciliation.

He extended his thanks and appreciation to the Sheikh Aql for his patronage of this inclusive meeting, and offered prayers for Sheikh Amin Al-Sayegh for blessing this gathering, which was held at the invitation of the Alia Charitable Association under the title "Virtue in the Unitarian Society."
