On Thursday, May 30, 2014, the traditional annual pilgrimage ceremony to the shrine of Sit Sha'wana (may her secret be sanctified) was held in Ein Qinya in the Golan, attended by hundreds of sheikhs from the Galilee, the Carmel, and the Golan.
During the ceremony, which was opened by His Eminence Sheikh Mowafaq Tarif with a spiritual address, he touched upon important religious and monotheistic issues.
This visit was characterized by an atmosphere of spirituality and blessed remembrance, with the participation of delegations of sheikhs, Khalwa (prayer house) leaders, and Imams, who were welcomed by the sheikhs of the Golan villages and the people of Ein Qinya with great hospitality and generosity.
