The President of the Lebanese Democratic Party, Talal Arslan, mourned via his account on the “X” platform the spiritual authority of the Unitarian Druze community, Sheikh Abu Masoud Hani Jaber, saying: “With great sadness and sorrow, we lose today, and the Unitarian Druze community and the Mountain lose a beacon and an eminent figure of monotheism, a venerable, pious, pure, loving, and ascetic Sheikh.
The spiritual authority Sheikh Abu Masoud Hani Jaber, may God have mercy on him and grant him a place in His vast gardens.
My heartfelt condolences to the spiritual authorities, the sheikhs, and the members of the Unitarian community, and to the Jaber family and the sheikhs and people of the city of Aley. Indeed, we belong to God and to Him we shall return”.
