The proceedings of the 10th World Congress of Education International commenced in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with the participation of the President of the Arab Structure, Manal Hdaife, coordinator Dalila El Barhmi, and members Najat Ghanna, Yousra Seghir, Abdelaziz Saheb Eddine, Mansour Al-Abdali, and Nabila Al-Hakimi, alongside the heads of Arab unions: from Lebanon, President of the Public Primary School Teachers League Hussein Jawad, Secretary-General of the Private Education Teachers Syndicate Oussama Arnaout, Secondary Education Teachers Association Esmat Daw; from Morocco, President of the SNE-CDT union Younes Firachine, President of the SNE-FDT union Sadeq Rghioui, SNESUP Abdelaziz Saheb Eddine; from Tunisia: FGESRS Yousra Seghir; from Iraq, President of the Teachers Syndicate Oudai Al-Issawi; from Iraqi Kurdistan, President of the Kurdistan Teachers Union Ahmed Saber; from Palestine, Secretary-General of the General Union of Palestinian Teachers Saed Erziqat; and from Algeria, President of the National Union of Education and Training Workers Sadeq Dziri, and President of the SNAPEST union Hamza Belhouane.

The participants delivered interventions on several topics, most notably the situation in Palestine, teacher shortages, workplace violence, the situation of children in conflict zones, recommendations of the UN High-Level Panel on the Teaching Profession, the campaign to fund education, the impact of crises, and other important issues affecting the education sector.
On the sidelines of the congress, the Arab Structure convened and discussed a concise agenda that included the urgent resolution submitted by Arab unions to the congress calling for an immediate ceasefire in Palestine, as well as supporting the candidacy of the President of the Arab Structure, Manal Hdaife, for the Executive Board, along with other organizational matters (the budget and the venue of the next meeting).
The Structure also organized a meeting honoring global unions that supported the aid fund for Gaza teachers, an initiative by Education International, and the General Union of Palestinian Teachers presented honorary plaques on behalf of the State of Palestine as a token of gratitude and appreciation for their solidarity and support for the just cause.
