Between banking, education, and entrepreneurship, the career path of Marwan Salim Kheireddine intersects, as he combined financial management, teaching, and investment throughout his working years.

He began his business administration and economics studies in Britain and later earned an MBA in New York. Since 1992, his name has been associated with Al-Mawarid Bank, known today as AM Bank, and he chaired its Board of Directors while simultaneously teaching finance at the American University of Beirut for nearly twenty years.

In 2000, Kheireddine was one of the parties to the agreement that brought Virgin Megastore to Lebanon before the opening of its first branch in Beirut in 2001. He was also involved in supporting investment in startups in line with Circular 331 of the Central Bank of Lebanon, in addition to holding the position of Minister of State between 2011 and 2014.

A career summarized by the episode with the question: Is leadership only about the success of a project, or also about paving the way for the success of others?
