Post and Critique | "In the Age of Virtual Schizophrenia"

In a new episode of the "Post and Critique" program, we highlight one of the most prominent paradoxes of social media: the gap between the life we live and the life we see on screens.

A post that explores how social media has contributed to creating unrealistic expectations among young men and women, leading some to compare their lives with curated images, artificial appearances, and lifestyles that may not resemble reality in any way.

Through the comments, we discuss the obsession with appearances and living behind virtual facades, where an account may appear wealthy while reality is completely different, and when constant comparison becomes a reason for dissatisfaction with the simplest details of our lives.

"Post and Critique".. because the problem is not in what we see on screens, but in what we believe and allow to change our view of our lives. Happiness does not need a filter; it needs contentment and satisfaction.
