Chef Jihad Al-Shami, a native of the Chouf town of Kafr Nabrakh, has achieved a new milestone in the world of Lebanese cuisine, as he has won the award for the best Lebanese chef in preparing Lebanese spreads and food in India for the thirteenth time.
