The National Library theater in Baakline hosted a book signing ceremony for “Raising Children is Like Crafting Jewelry” by Dr. Adel Nasr, in the presence of a representative of His Eminence Sheikh Al-Aql Sami Abi Al-Muna and a number of prominent cultural figures.

The ceremony began with the Lebanese national anthem, followed by the opening remarks by the Director of the Baakline National Library, Mr. Ghazi Saab, who addressed the scarcity of the segment that enjoys a love for culture. He was followed by the Head of the Equivalency Committee at the Ministry of Education, Dr. Soha Tarabay, who delved into the book's themes and connected its advice chronologically and scientifically through the threads of her own culture.

The President of the Murjan Association, Mrs. Raghida Khodor, spoke, emphasizing the importance of reading the entire book and adopting it as a reference. Poet Hala Hammad offered a literary perspective on the book's chapters in a distinguished speech.

A speech was also delivered by educational expert and Director of Al-Marj School, Dr. Rabia Daou, who stressed the necessity of allocating time for children away from phones and dedicating time to the family, where mothers and fathers are the ones children turn to.

Then, the poet Mr. Hilal Al-Baaini, Director of Baqaaata Official School, recited a poem for the occasion.
Dr. Adel Nasr concluded with a speech in which he thanked all the attendees, and the speakers and several other figures were honored.
The ceremony was presented by coach Rania Kanaan.
