Fayez Rasamny began his career convinced that continuous knowledge is the foundation of successful leadership. He received his early education in Lebanon before heading to international academic institutions. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Richmond, The American International University in London, and pursued postgraduate studies at the London Business School. He was also keen to develop his managerial and leadership skills by participating in executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Rasamny translated this educational vision into the business field, emerging as a professional entrepreneur who managed and supported major companies and institutions. He served as Chairman of the Board of Rasamny Younes Motor Company (RYMCO), one of the leading automotive companies in Lebanon, and succeeded in expanding its scope of business and developing its presence in local and regional markets through strategic partnerships with prestigious global brands such as Nissan and Infiniti. His ambitions did not stop at the local market; he co-founded and chaired the holding company RS THE GRACE INVESTMENTS, whose operations extended to more than 35 markets around the world, forming a bridge for commercial and economic cooperation between Lebanon and global markets. He also expanded his investments by establishing the Rasaria real estate investment company and founding the Samaria automotive company in the State of Qatar, which strengthened his investment and regional presence. Additionally, he played an active role in international business organizations, holding prominent leadership positions in the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO), including chapter chairmanship and responsibilities in education and membership.
Because economic success for Rasamny remains incomplete unless accompanied by a tangible humanitarian impact, he gave great attention to the social and humanitarian care aspect. He founded The Tipping Point foundation in the United Kingdom, dedicated to supporting educational paths and providing academic opportunities for youth and students in Lebanon, based on his belief that investing in minds is the most lasting investment. He also serves as President of the Patient Care Association (PCare), which seeks to support patients and provide urgent healthcare and medical supplies to those in need. He has always ensured the inclusion of corporate social responsibility principles in all his projects, encouraging the promotion of public-private partnerships to serve the most needy groups.
This journey, rich in experience, has extended to the public sector, where Fayez Rasamny serves as Minister of Public Works and Transport in the Lebanese government. From his position of government responsibility, he is leading a comprehensive vision today to modernize infrastructure, rehabilitate road networks, bridges, and ports, and develop the transport sector. Rasamny is committed to applying the highest standards of transparency and governance in the management of public bids and tenders, considering public funds a trust that requires caution and accuracy.
